The M2m supports final-year students and recent UPC graduates in overcoming barriers and enhancing self-confidence through mentorship with experienced professionals, fostering empowerment, skill development, and networking opportunities. I am currently guiding a recent graduate as she begins her professional journey. Supporting her growth and sharing my experiences is both rewarding and inspiring.
Together, we are focusing on setting goals, overcoming challenges, and building her confidence to navigate the transition from university to the workplace. The program also offers opportunities to connect with other mentors and mentees, fostering a strong and supportive community.
This experience is allowing me to contribute to the development of future professionals while enhancing my own leadership and communication skills.

Neom is arguably the world's largest and most controversial architecture project. Here, we explain the key details of the development in Saudi Arabia, which includes The Line megacity.
What is Neom?
An initiative of crown prince Mohammed bin Salman – Saudi Arabia's de facto ruler – Neom is a large area of the country that has been earmarked for development.
Although often called a smart city, Neom is more accurately described as a region that will contain numerous cities, resorts and other developments.
The project is being largely bankrolled by the Public Investment Fund, which invests funds on behalf of the government of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi development company established to create Neom, which is led by chief executive officer Nadhmi Al-Nasr, claims the fund is contributing $500 billion to the scheme.
Where is Neom?
Neom encompasses an area of around 10,200 square miles (26,500 square kilometres) in northwestern Saudi Arabia. This is around the size of Albania.
What will be in Neom?
According to the developer, Neom will consist of 10 projects that they refer to as regions. So far, details of four of the regions have been announced. The Line is the most well-known.
The Line is planned to be a 170-kilometre linear city that will house nine million people. It will run from east to west across the Neom region. According to the developer, the city will consist of two parallel, 500-metre-high, linear skyscrapers standing 200 metres apart. The buildings will be clad with mirrored facades.
Which was my work in Neom?
As one of the first members of the team within NEOM’s The Line project, I was responsible for defining and developing the initial digital portals from scratch. I also established the procedures that guided the project’s development. From a team of just 5 people, we scaled to 130 within a year. My role involved leading cross-functional teams, streamlining communication between technical and business stakeholders, and ensuring that product strategies were aligned with both business goals and technical feasibility in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Additionally, I led key IT automation initiatives, improving efficiency and streamlining business processes across departments.
On Tuesday, December 21, 2023, I was interviewed on Radio Star in the program 'Celebra la Vida'.
We were talking about Nancy Roman, 'The mother of the Hubble telescope' and I was interviewed.
During the interview, I was asked about my work in Neom and the projects I was working on including The Line, Sharma Valley and Al-Farshah Island.
